Returns & Refunds Policy

At Creations Nani, each piece is handmade and personalized with care. Because of the custom nature of most of our products, we have a more specific return policy:

Custom & Personalized Orders

  • All sales are final on custom or personalized items. This includes items with names, dates, designs, or any modification requested by you.

  • We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once production has started.

Non-Custom Items

For non-custom, ready-to-ship items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours at creationsnani@gmail.com with photos. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note, banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
