Welcome to Creations Nani. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Custom & Personalized Orders

• All custom and personalized orders are final sale. Once production has begun, no cancellations, changes, or refunds can be issued.

• Customers are responsible for double-checking all spelling, dates, colors, and personalization details at the time of purchase. Creations Nani is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

2. Proofs & Design Approval

• If a digital proof is provided, it must be approved in writing (via email or message) before production begins. Production cannot start without approval.

• Once a proof is approved, Creations Nani is not responsible for any errors that were missed during review.

3. Processing & Shipping

• Processing times are listed on each product page and begin once payment and design approval (if required) are received.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the carrier. For urgent deadlines, please contact us before placing your order.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy. Custom and personalized items are non-refundable.

• Refunds will only be issued for non-custom items that meet the conditions of our return policy.

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, artwork, and product photos remain the property of Creations Nani and may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without written permission.

• By submitting custom text, logos, or images, you confirm that you have the rights to use them and grant Creations Nani permission to produce the item.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Creations Nani is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

7. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
